Just updated i-box with current share structure as of today 3/1/11. Spoke with Andy at the US Rep's office, and he said the company is still in business, but is no longer reporting. I asked about the default with the Nevada SOS as of 2/28/10, and he said they will be taking care of that shortly. I'll keep an eye on it. DRGG
