So here's the deal...

I noticed the OTC daily list change this morning, from ACTIVE to INELIGIBLE:

OLD: GERS|Common Stock|GREENSHIFT CORPORATI|ACTIVE|U|Y|100|Y
NEW: GERS|Common Stock|GREENSHIFT CORPORATI|INELIGIBLE|u|Y|100|Y

and I just got off the phone with the GreenShift NY Office...

They are sending out an email that will discuss what the situation is, and I will post it on here as soon as I get it... Unless one of you gets the verbiage first...
