that is also why the people waiting to get in or buy pcfg are doing just that waiting for mangement to clear the air. i still belive mangement it draging there feet to drop the price so they can issue them selfs 2-3 times more shares then they would at these prices. they want over 50% and are pissed that the price is holfding so well. just what i think. they are or hoping that the price goes sub penny.
