Status quo, what is yearly expenses now? Was it 200k/qtr? That would definitely be a lot closer to running a self sustaining business! (provided they don't all of a sudden think they have more disposable cash than a drunken long shoreman with a 2-day pass! Good management is key here!)

Now I know the Hauser's gotta eat and drive thru McDonald's is out. We can't be getting trans fats on the seats in the Bentley! But, if they could take one for the team so to speak and cut payroll IN EXCHANGE FOR a salary compensation once we are profitable, everyone wins.

Stockholders make money, the Hauser's get their family business off the ground and become a leader in the EMR field!

And THAT is when we all make the real moolah by having the company bought by GE or SIEMENS!
