The reason you go public with a start up company IS??????????


THEY HAVE LESS THEN 50 MILLION OUTSTANDING FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS.

They are working with Double Tree?HILTON, Marriott or HSE.


I guess you think when you begin a start up company you should just have 4-5 million dollars laying around.


Oh by the way thats called a Private Company.
