I know that I'm being spoiled, but I really hope we get a PR this morning. Sass told us that they would either close the merger on time or update us further. He has said numerous times that one of the fundamentals of the new company would be effective communication between management and stockholders. He also promised that they would update us on any delay on the merger.

I find his silence over the last 24 hours a bit disconcerting...and intriguing.

That being said, I have little doubt this merger is going to close ASAP, and that investors are going to be rewarded for their patience. Longs and new investors alike.
