The UK is one of the fastest growing solar markets in Europe at present, with Government forecasts predicting the UK annual PV market to grow from 5 MWp installed in 2009 to 140 MWp in 2012. This strategic step continues the successful expansion of Q-Cells’ global sales activities with country offices in Berlin, Rome, Paris, San Francisco, Sydney, Tokyo, Hangzhou and Bangalore.
Q-Cells will be presenting its product portfolio at the Ecobuild trade fair in London from 1st to 3rd March, 2011. Ecobuild is the world’s largest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment and the UK’s largest construction event of any kind. Over 50,000 visitors are expected to attend, with over 1,300 suppliers showcasing products.
