I hate to say it but it looks like this thing might be a scam. Not based off of the fraudster comments, but I just reviewed all of the documents between Neuro-biotech and Auric Pharma Science. Neuro-biotech advised Auric Pharma Sciences that there have been irregular transactions (which could be the bashers trying to drive the stock down) and then Auric responded with Neuro-biotech should take action because it will affect the value of both companies.

If they thought the value of the company was X... the fact that price per share dropped should not be relevant and should actually be a good thing.

Also, the company is now only willing to buy 150,000,000 and not the entire amount outstanding? I wonder who gets to get bought out and who is still holding the stock?

Has anybody contacted the SEC about this? I know many people have made posts about people should, etc. but has anybody actually contacted someone and got an opinion?
