If he was honest as to what was the contents of the Oct 09 FDA response letter, the share price would have collapsed back down to .04 instead of rising to $1.95 as it did. 1000's of investors wouldn't have lost $M's in between then and now. There is irrefutable evidence that Janes lied to investors and caused them irreputable financial damage. If you came out of this unscathed I commend you, but for the majority that didn't , justice must be rendered.
