First, thanks to Pilot for the invite.

While everyone is getting pumped about WDRP I have another stock that might be interesting.

DISCLAIMERS:
- I do have a large, long term holding in this company. I've ridden the first push up and back down. I'm in this for the business model and long term possibilities.
- Due to where I'm at right now my internet access is limited so I've havent been able to confirm as much of the second party DD as I would normaly like.

GRDO

PROS:
- Solid business model positioned to become a major player in the ID Theft Protection field
- CEO has been very forthcoming with information. As usual not everyone is please with the level of communication but it is above and beyond that expected of non-reporting companies.
- FINS and uplist should be out before end of Q1. Likely in the next two weeks.
- Technicals are reseting and are close to confirming bottom.
- Kendra Todd directly associated with GRDO as spokeswomen and executive. Also feature in national advertisement (only run once but more planned)

- Confirmed use of Guard Dog serves in at least two Keller Williams offices. System used to secure all client personnel data.
- M/A in the works.
- Great entry point due to recent increase in O/S and lost of confindence by some investors.
- GRDO continues to pop up on more independant comparison sites ranked among industry leaders.
- NOBO has built a great IBOX with lots for an initial DD look.

CONS:
- Recent increases in O/S. CEO gave heads up that he would need to increase O/S but exceeded the number of shares originally mentioned.
- CEO missed self imposed deadline of end of JAN for FINS/Uplisting. Provided explanation in latest CC but not everyone was happy.
- Still a nonreporting company.

I think this has great long term potential and would also provide some good short term gains for those with shorter timelines.
