1000:1, but the upshot is that the CEO repeatedly said in videos and other public statements that he wasn't even going to consider a R/S until two profitable/audited quarters, then just did it anyway. After that he put out a video explaining why he was a such a good guy because he'd had recommendations of 2500:1 and 5000:1 but chose to "only" do a 1000:1.

He had to R/S because the stock had gone to no-bid @ .0001 for about 5 months as a result of his massive dilution and failure to deliver on the vast majority of the things he'd said he would do, plus no growth of the company.

As if the surprise R/S wasn't bad enough, he'd been mentioning share buybacks since the day he bought the company. Instead, he dumped huge amounts of shares and R/S the bagholders into oblivion.

If you can figure out how to play it, good for you, but the CEO is proven liar and a first class snake in the grass, so be really careful about how you play.
