Has there been any more trading on GREM lately? How about any news from Ed?

Wonder when the company will start to file it's SEC reporting that is required of it? After it goes a certain period without filing it runs the risk of being a revoked security. Also makes it very difficult for any type of sale or RM to take place.

Seems strange that the company went silent? Any thoughts?
