aren't the market markets supposed to show the actual quantity of shares available for bid / ask not just some crap number like 50. seriously who is asking .0012 for 50 shares? that is 6 cents. wtf? thats obviously junk and i cant wait till they have to show the actual share amount. it will make reading the L2 worth while again.

when do those new rules go into effect? next month?
