One more thing that I have been intrigued with for months. Why does the government not get in on this for its substancial protection value? We as a country are invloved in quite a bit of military conflicts, and it would be great to see our men and women much more safe. This technology is a no brainer for future body armour. I keep thinking about that 1990's bank robbery in North Hollywood, although far fetched and not common, I watch it happen on television and these guys got shot dozen and dozens of times before going down hour later all because of heavy armour. These new fibers are flexible and light! Can you imagine the possibilities? The reason I mention this is because while thinking about this for months I have just heard Mr. Thompson mention military at :59 of his youtube video attached to the following article. What would the military's involvement of such a stock do to it? This industrial breakthrough would potentially generate sizeable quatities of this fiber and certainly be scooped by someone if Kraig labs decided to deal. I figure they will make more money haveing longterm contracts signed than dealing it to just one industry or country. However, it would be nice to see such technology kept here for the US though. Giving the military the leisure of perhaps selling it to who they may on down the road. Does our government still have the money to lock down such a coveted technology? Would we make some money at the same time? Could this be the next boeing or lockheed? Time will tell.
Anyways, I thought I might share my enthusiasm! Talk soon.
