Simple answer , Mancan , that KUNI would correctly think that PIHN shareholders would phone and email the acquiree to the point of harassment which could sour and negatively impact the acquisition processes .

I'm with KUNI on his entitled practice of discretion and waiting to announce the acquiree after the acquisition has finalized .
