Just got word that a release will be out in the next 72 hrs. It will have information on how one can tender shares. If its for the .15 or more, I am not sure. It could be another price was reached or it could be the fact that it is for .15 and we have the ability to tender shares. But even though Bob may be requesting we reject the offer of .15, it will be our decision to accept or not. But this is 100% the same source that gave me info before.I will try to see if I can find out if its regarding the .15 offer or a counteroffer. Wow, that is huge, either way! That is as valid of a buyout offer you can get!
