this company and the stockholders
reminds me of an episode of "hoarders".
There is the overwhelming evidence of an enormous problem, and then there is the unbelievable ease in which it can be explained away or justified despite the enormous harm it has caused.

At any rate, regarding expo, one can never believe what is written in an update or PR or evidently even a face to face conversation. That has been proven time and time again. Explaining away that behavior, ignoring it or somehow justifying it has caused nothing but financial harm to those who have done so. The best use of this board is to alert prospective shareholders of the expo pattern. From where I sit, it has been extremely successful and there appears to be few if any people left willing to put money in this company.

That is the reason why the company needs to come clean and clear the air with all SOR's. File the fins, Form 3's, and get rid of the stop sign as all were promised many, many times in the past! Then and only then will we be able to do some true DD.

In other words, JD, show us the money!!!!
