And IMO there won't be...if there was going to be, Jeff would have dreamed something up 4 months ago and started the printing press. Why bother even going to the authorities? Just P&D, get his money out and go home. All these arguments about Centaflix and Centacom seem awefully scripted, don't they? ;)
