much like other mini mart plays like VCTY who had the same situation except theirs was closer to 4 billion shares issued for their chinese hydro reverse merger ... these shares are not in play... they are for the purpose of a reverse merger and if and when the reverse merger with the european LED light manufacturer or any other company does consummate they would still be restricted for at least a year...so not really an issue at this current juncture
