My guess is that there AREN'T any JV partners and never WERE any JV partners.


I think the whole thing is a ruse.


This whole deal has more RED FLAGS than Moscow under Stalin.


Les said he had a deal with an "Investment Group" 8 or 9 years ago and that turned out to be a deal with the FBI.


Before that he had a deal with a "London Investment Group" and that was never heard of again.


This would JUST be an "exploration jv" and they aren't that big a deal. There is NO reason for a legitimate Major or even Minor Mining Company to worry so much about LEAKS on something so inconsequential as a JV on a property that hasn't had much work done on it.


I keep reading people say, "The Mountain is so Valuable". What's so valuable about it? It was drilled in 1998 and I don't remember anybody getting excited about it other than the "usual suspects" that are still posting on MP.


Do you guys REALLY believe that a Major Mining Company, let alone a "consortium" of them couldn't get a deal done??????????


The deal is great and the property is great but you NEVER see ANYTHING on the "news wires" about it. Doesn't that strike you as unusual? The reason you don't see anything on the wires is that once they go on the wires they ATTRACT ATTENTION of people like the SEC and RCMP and the BCSC.


You also can't call the transfer agent to get the TRUE share count. Why's that do you suppose? Could it possibly relate to the fact that they've raised the authorized to 1.5 Billion even though they are supposed to be on the cusp of a deal that's supposed to pay all their expenses on the property while also giving them big bucks up front?


Well...that's my one post for today. I think it was relevant and only represented my own opinion as to Medinah so I see no reason for it not to be allowed on the thread.
