If you try to flip , day trade or do 'buy on rumor , sell on news' ,,,
You are on the wrong stock.

Watch the volume . I hardly , almost never see strong accumulation after a big spike .
Volume on accumulation is low. Meaning: people is holding tight, only small percentage of flipper and day trader took a profit.

Company freeze to issue the shares, no RS in 2011, CEO bought at cents level, AS shares keep reducing.
