I don't know alot about these things I am new to this board. I plan on buying maybe another million shares. Can you tell me what this ruling means? Is it good or bad? I have 100000 share right now and for the last 2 weeks I was trying to get a few more million at .0001 but that never happened so I will try 1000000 on monday. Thanks
