william,

I advised my friend, who was long with a avg of .281 after my help getting him avg'd down, to exit at .363 figuring the ATH of .365 was solid resistance. Of course he sold today for a loss becuase "news" was coming...

Basically, that 15min ED, whenever it pops out of the upperline, Elliot says that the market (stock) has gone "to far to fast" and that is the signal to start to "look" for a exit. Worst case is one would exit once falling out of the ED's lower line.

EDIT, Also if you get to far into the apex, it generally means it's invalid...

This is a picture with the completed action.

As I tell my friends, have a "plan" trade the "plan" and don't fall in love with ANY stock.

I also say that people in the "know" are much smarter then you, and they will tellgraph moves in the stock by their trading actions.

Rest assured the MM (Market Makers) aer fully awhere of the stocks they are making markets in, they do this for a living, they have to know or they would go out of biz.
