HP rents space for all there products as well as companies like Microsoft, adobe, Seamans, Belkin, SystemMax, GateWay, and Compact to name a few. Things they buy outright anything branded OD, pencils, pens, and alike. I believe the #,s are around 65-70% leased marketing keeping in mind this was 10 years ago! So things may have changed in 10 years but while I was there this model worked well because the lease price paid all over head and labor for each branch with sales being almost all profit.
