What does that have to do with Inyo County Planning board and the State Water Resources Control Board which directed me to the same source for information, California Environmental Quality Act and the requirement that an Environmental Impact Report be done before permits can be issued? Further what does that have to do with other California Regulatory agencies telling me that such an operation would require hearings and various other meetings to even clear the way to operations? Years and years that will end up nowhere, the water there is far more valuable than what can be mined out of the ground.. A fact also.
