Exactly, TDA makes you wait 3 days after cashing out a penny stock to allow you to buy another penny stock with your money, even on a margin account. Many brokers hate on the pennies like that too. Etrade is made for traders, not investors, and it shows. They allow you to trade pennys just the same as any other stock.
