regarding the scalability and margin of the cigs-business I still have my doubts but the potential leverage even giving out licenses should be huge, so basically I share this view. And it seems the downside is limited, so it is worth taking the rick.

In regard to investor vs trader I am clearly an investor and in for 2-3 years. However I think it is always good to reflect which sentiment dominates the markets. In Hongkong I am running 3 years against market opinion in a special stock of mine, and regret not having switches before. In the end, market flows can beat conviction for a long time, you should consider that in your decisions.
