Yes it is J....I really think of Winning Colours as a multi-purpose cleaner...it does so many things,hence the phrase "1000" uses...a few times people have gotten back to Scup with their opinions on Winning Colours and they will rave about it....one thing Scup always mentions is " have you tried it as a laundry boost"?...they usually respond that they weren't aware of that...that's where the brochures and "how to use instructions" come into play...actually J,there are so many uses that people who purchase Winning Colours come up with different applications themselves....it truly is quite an unusual product...
