It wasn't a question with a specific answer, along the lines of "Are you doing ______ in the trial?" But a lot of those questions I've seen people ask aren't necessary. The information is already available.

And the latest ones that people were asking him were more or less, "is there any news?" That was pointless to me. To me that was wasting his time.

I wasn't concerned that he didn't respond to me. Like I said, I continued to buy more shares, which I hold today.

But my email was worded in a positive framework (that I was a long time shareholder and was pleased with the progress to date), so it wasn't as if I was badgering him. It wouldn't have hurt him to give a two sentence reply, thanking me for my support and that they'd cross that bridge when they came to it. Or that the device had other applications that they intended to pursue as situation warranted it.

I was curious how he'd handle it. But my point stands. He doesn't answer all emails. Just the ones he has answers for, evidently.
