You would think , if you want to convince people of the great deal this is going to be you wouldn't want to intentionally put doubt in ones mind . Logic and common sense , don't think it's being used . Why would you say the deal is a magic bullet and then say the numbers are fudged are they fudged in Mex? Are you buying a pig in a poke . That's why you really need to read between the lines. What's up with Argentina ? Have you heard any good news out of that acquistion or any others ?
