If they win the suits (fingers crossed) that cash could easily pay off all debt and have a crap load left to put into the bank or even expand. The settlements could run into 100s of millions but I'd bet GERS will be nice and take a smaller payout if litigants buy some COES.
I'd bet some of the companys on the suits list have made deels with GERS since some of them have purchased COES.
If the next Q is green then PPS should go up.
When they win the suit then PPS should also go up.
Higher PPS will entice more investors to buy then PPS should go up again.
