RMES -

After posting this today I received several messages that RMES plans on using private placement for funding through restricted shares. I was told there is basically no guarantee that the restricted shares would remain restricted. RMES of course would prefer private placement, however if they can't get the financing needed they would be forced to turn to equity financing. I spoke with Adam Rabiner (604-648-0513 or 1-866-907-5403 / [e-mail]) in December and he said they needed to still raise 500K. I'm following up with both next week and will post what I hear.
