There is no way in hell a R/S is positive to investors with common shares history says it all R/S are a disaster look at CB@# for example the investors there are one of the few knowledgeable peeps in any pink I have ever seen and at the end they got shafted by the CEO with a R/S that when it was previous stated that it was not going to happen and look at them now. Many of these pink CEO's come out saying they won't R/S and then they smack you with it before any surge on PPS and it's been going on a constant basis.
