Effective December 2, 2010, the Board of Directors of Helix Wind, Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Kevin Claudio as a director to fill one of the vacancies existing on the Board. Effective December 2, 1010, after Mr. Claudio’s appointment, Scott Weinbrandt resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a director of the Company, and resigned his positions as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. Mr. Weinbrandt’s resignations are not due to any disagreements with the Company. As of December 2, 2010, a vacancy exists in the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

Kevin ClaudioMr. Claudio is an experienced financial executive, with extensive knowledge in Accounting/Financial management, as well as business development and operations. He has been Chief Financial Officer of Helix Wind since December 1, 2008. For two years beginning in 2006, Mr. Claudio was the CFO of Remote Surveillance Technologies, a full service electronic security company with remote video monitoring. He managed and successfully executed a reverse merger transaction and completed the initial capital raise. From 2004 through 2005, his financial experience includes the role of CFO for cVideo, a spin off of Cubic Corporation that developed software-based integrated digital video applications and surveillance and loss prevention systems solutions for commercial and security applications. Mr. Claudio was previously the Vice President & CFO of a Titan subsidiary from 1999-2003, which successfully completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2001 with a NASDAQ listing. He played a key role, along with the CEO, in all phases of the IPO process. In addition, for almost 10 years, Mr. Claudio was employed by General Dynamics Corporation. His latest position with General Dynamics Corporation was as the Controller of the Convair Division which had revenues of approximately $500 million.

Mr. Claudio graduated from Fairmont State College in Fairmont, West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (California-inactive).

They are just waiting to elect the CEO of the company before filing it under Helix Wind, Corp (it is only Revoked pending payment and filing which is pending because they need to elect the CEO, which I think will be Kevin Claudio, which I think is great since he will take the company where it needs to go.)
