Well, Feb is about done

and Dean still appears to be in hiding. Are you still of the belief that March is doable? It also appears there were more major milestones than images from the predicate device.

Are you still as optimistic now as when the month began? And what of the Non approval of the S-3? what happens if the SEC doesn't approve it? What happens if it does? IMGG has some real cash issues at this point considering the caliber of legal talent they brought onboard.
