It is really hard to predict. If a company gets everything in order BEFORE they make their application, the process goes very quickly. If not, it can stretch out. Many companies talk about, or hint at, uplisting, but don't really do anything. This does not seem to be EP/Fred's style, so I imagine that TDGI will move pretty quickly into the actual application process once they have audited financials. It is very difficult to predict a date or horizon on uplisting activities. The only constant seems to be it consistently takes longer than companies expect, and way longer than investors hope would be the case.

There is no way I would ever attempt to predict a date, particularly when the required financial underpinnings (audited finacilals) are not yet in place.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
