We still dont know if there may be a reverse split? Im upset because Frank just pulled this increase in the A/S without a PR to his shareholders? How long were we going to be in the dark about the increases on the A/S until Alysses found it out huh? Now I wouldnt put it that Frank would pull Off a Reverse. He decieved us once without a challenge? why not do it again. Frank isnt keeping his word anymore, didnt even mention a $500K loan he took out either! we find out afterwards is the problem here, and Frank Doesnt care. All last year the shareholders were also left int the dark about the $965K? where was that placed? is it in the financials? Frank finally said OH! it wasnt available the person with the $965K assets didnt contribute? OK NOW WHAT NEXT SUPRISES?
Frank has started to taste the events of his actions, the taste of adding funds, the taste of money, perhaps greed is setting in? beware..... ride the next PR to a limit, because I smell another dump coming up.
