I don't know but if you have to kick in the back door to get it , it must be valuable . The thing that would concern me is the fact the ceo stated if I read it right it was in area of 70mil for a 14mil purchase , which now I'm sure the Mexicans are aware of, as was stated value by the ceo . They might want to rethink the deal ? Just a thought , how many shares could the company have bought back with the 17mil original offer ? That may have brought back some shareholder value ?
