for one thing .. no co. *audits* quarterly fins
it's the annual that is audited .. which is what
is actually due by the end of march 2011 (fy 2010)

what i've posted is whether fy 2010
will be audited .. imo it's 50/50

if it is it will be for a very specific
reason *besides* full transparency

i look forward to seeing if my opinion
gets confirmation .. or not

again it will all come back to *intent*
of expo's new ceo
