The only problem I ever had with them was when I tried to buy FOH on a limit about two years ago. Had to call Customer Service, get transfered to a broker. He told me that this stock was on their "restricted list", but couldn't tell me why. I was put on hold while he got permission from a supervisor to place the buy order. (Never had a problem selling my FOH online though.) Had to repeat this process on each of six buys. It was a minor hassle...and they would never tell me why the equity was "restricted".

p.s. Made a bundle in the end...but the company/equity a "sell" now.
