As per our phone discussion, it is apparent with the magnitude of news which we are about to release, we need a national and international IR firm to represent us in such a manner as is consistent with the type of firm we will be. This is not a disparagement of John Pentony or his firm, But we feel it is necessary as a global company we have representation consistent with our objectives. We intend to be a multibillion dollar company and we need an IR firm of that stature.
