1) It makes total and complete sense...IF you are running a business to produce profits and growth. Instead of using it as a front to sell products at a loss to draw in blue chip clients which allows credibility, which then allows you to PR same, which allows the real reason you are in business, to convert shareholder equity to cash for funneling to yourself through G&A expensing by selling discounted shares to PIPE funders and A/Is and using the aforementioned "credible" PRs to create price spikes for them to dump into, which allows them to come back and buy more discounted shares, which allows you to make a good living doing nothing besides going through the motions of running a broke and pointless company that's only seeming purpose is to redistribute investment equity to the principal's bank accounts. Which unfortunately is what is going on here.
2) You are advising an arrogant, hubris ridden, Messianically inclined guy who takes absolutely no one else's advice...as a businessman OR as a con artist, making him fairly inept looking at both most of the time. The German's have a phrase for it: "Aus Note mit Wirklichkeit heraus".
That being said, it was a good effort however, but one that will fall on blind eyes and deaf ears...
All IMHO.
