howdy;

well i totally missed the first CC on thursday and the fireworks that ensued afterwards

can someone recap what happened


i understand we have a merger and will get 25% of the new company's stock
i inderstand (i hope correctly) the float of the new company will be 75% owned by current qasp shareholders
and the insiders will be restricted to hold their shares 1 year

i must be wrong here??

any help would help enlighten me
