I wonder if you asked any Vale employees if KATX was a partner with Vale what their response would be???

Come on Geo ! thats not a fair assessment. Vale is involved with the overwhelming majority of the projects. The 80/20 split says it well. Kat is a partner in this project because they have used their knowledge to make their contribution. And Vale will contribute their vast knowledge to the same project. That spells partner to me. And the reason for the 80/20 is because it represents exactly what each partner is contributing to this project. MO
