MMs can buy bellow bid and sometimes if MM's aren't buying there and ask is .0001 and someone market sells while at .0001 your broker might buy them for you at .00005 or .00001 seen it happen many times and seen about 10 million shares go bellow .0001 on l2
I know from exp a few years ago I got mad and hit market sell on some shares at .0001 and they sold for .00005 also know of people picking up some other stocks at .00005 before
