If that last run was real based on the JV agreement, where did everybody go now that parts of the agreement are actually being met?

So the dilution caused by A&P should have brought the pps down to 0.10, as has probably been pointed out before. But otherwise you're point is very logical and points to investor fear of getting burnt twice (I would argue as a psychiatrist).
