This stock tanked to .0001 because that is what the company wanted, and unless you can prove it with links and proof, shorts and MM's were only a cover for the company and promoters who sold into every pr and A/S raise.

This is exactly why the Form 3's need to be filed ASAP. EXPH could put a few SOR's at ease if they could file this form and prove shares haven't been sold. This is a no-brainer to me.

I would be in favor of increasing the A/S-O/S in order to pay for the filing of this form. Any other SOR's in favor of doing the same?
