Personally, I don't think the New Board and CEO are concerned with the PPS right now at all, they definitely are not watching it like many on this board are, they have their hands full working to get the Company "Off the Ground" and into operation mode. I doubt if they will be concerned with the share price until they have the manufacturing plant up and running, and orders being shipped out on a regular basis, and a constant Revenue stream coming in.
AND Even more Importantly, (As far as the Stock is concerned), Getting the Financials caught up to the point that they can apply for Relisting on the OTCBB, and get back into Fully Reporting Status.
Ya know, in all reality, everything I just wrote could EASILY take 6 Months to a year to get all that done? Sure they could have the plant Manufacturing within a couple months, but to get a Steady Revenue Stream coming in, and getting all the financial caught up, is going to take alot longer than many people think. When the former CEO had the 2004 and 2005 10K's and the 10Q's for 2006 done, it took the CPA Firm approx 4-5 months just to do that, and since there was no Name or CUSIP change done here, just a CEO, Board, and Business Model change done, I believe they will have to have all the filings caught up before getting relisted, that means the 10K's for 2006,7,8,9 and 2010, "THATS 5 YEARS OF 10K's", So yeah I don't think these guys are even looking at the PPS for a while. They seem to be here for the Long-Haul, and when the company gets to where they need to be, the PPS will follow. Personally, I don't see the "True Intrinsic Value" of the Company showing up in the PPS for at least 6-12 Months at the earliest.
During that time, you can expect the big money funds to keep playing their games like we have been seeing for months now, thats my opinion anyways.
