increasing A/S to keep company Afloat? prefer to see shares being used to expand and grow....Troy commented that dilution came to a screeching halt...future spending with multiplication in mind

The deal with Modesa seems better than the way they used discounted shares in the past.....lets see how Troy now runs a slightly profitable company
