Too many investors forget or don't understand the influence that
Market Maker's have on the PPS of any given stock. While the
mentality of MM's with Pink Sheet stocks is that they all fall in
value over time, they also recogize that conditions change and
adjust the buy and ask, and support the buy and ask, to the
information and conditions of a particular stock. The NIR
suit and HlNT Counter Claim are the overriding concerns for them
right now. As a result, the MM's have defensively lowered the
PPS just in case NIR should win. This is not a statement that
NIR will win, but the MM's are merely hedging against any such
posibility happening. When the NIR suit disappears, either by
settlement or trial, the MM's will revalue the PPS appropriately.
Investors who sell short love the Pink Stocks and the NIR suit,
especially and are involved in the drop of the PPS by selling
short at the buy. But just like MM's, they will cover when they
see that the PPS will turn against them.

As far as any more issuances of stock, there have been opinions
posted here that are just that, opinions. None of those posts
have any evidence to support that there will be another issuance,
but merely state that because it has happened, it will happen
again. Just so happens that in the past, there have also been
buybacks of stock and even reductions in the A/S, so any one
could make a statement that those options will occur also, and
in fact, good arguments could be made for those events happening.

In the last supplemental filing from HLNT, it was stated that some
of the funds were to be used for the 3rd party certification. It
stands to reason that if you get cash to pay for the cert, then we
will be seeing the certification in the near future. While the
critics can question when it will occur, once it is in hand, the
exact date will be irrelevant and the critics will go silent on
that issue.

The expansion of the facilities is to handle the UTV shipments
when they begin arriving, and they will need to be assembled.
When the units are sold, we will be hearing that the revenues
for HLNT are again increasing.

Each investor that really wants to invest in HLNT should do the
due diligence to see what is really going on, rather than relying
on some of the opinions of those here who do not want to invest
in HLNT.

Remember, every dog has its day (or critic has its trend), but
each day changes, and HLNT's future is getting better despite the
opinions to the latter.

Good luck to each investor.
